Murray will work with Dioltas’ growing portfolio of companies helping them engage with DoD opportunities
(Indianapolis, January 4, 2021) – Dioltas, LLC, a Carmel-based disruptive technology-defense consultancy, announces the addition of Heath Murray as Portfolio Director and Partner. Murray most recently headed up IT/cybersecurity at Artisan Electronics, Inc., an Indiana defense contractor specializing in engineering and testing.
“Heath brings a wealth of knowledge, not only related to IT and cybersecurity, but federal government contracting as a whole,” explained Dioltas Advisory Board Chair, Mike Dodd. “We’re thrilled to have Heath working closely with our portfolio companies and helping them achieve success.”
Murray is in the current cohort of the prestigious Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation, where he is focused on how to engage more companies in Indiana’s growing defense ecosystem. He also served in a volunteer capacity as the director for the 2020 Defense Entrepreneurs Forum (DEF) conference and is a founding member of the Bloomington DEF chapter.
At Dioltas, Murray will work with portfolio companies, assisting them to navigate the complex world of Department of Defense (DoD) contracting. Leveraging his vast network, he will help create meaningful connections that lead for longtime relationships between large and small contractors.

Murray served as a police officer for almost a decade in several departments, including the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD).
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Security. He is currently earning a Master’s degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship focusing on complex negotiations from Penn State.
